I had carpet and padding from 2 bedrooms sitting on my porch ready to be hauled away. I messaged Nick through his... website. He got back to me via email and I sent him a picture. He said he was in the area and could get it that day. I didnt notice the email until later so we scheduled for the next day between 10:00-10:30am. The next day he sent me a text saying he'd arrive at 10:13am. Not 10am, not 10:15am,..10:13am!I told my wife and she said "well, that's very specific". I said I was so curious about that 10:13am time slot that I was gonna stand there and watch to see how close he came to hitting the time target. At 10:13am I told my wife that his 60 second window had begun. 15 seconds later they rolled up in their truck/trailer.By 10:16am they were rolling away with my junk.The cost was $50 although he mentioned that he usually has a $75 minimum but I was right along the way (I had originally told him he could pick it up whenever he was in the area).This is how you run a business. I highly recommend Nick's junk removal. Will definitely be using them again.read more
